  There appears to be issues with the GSLB after a change this morning at 4:30.

  This is impacting sites using failover from Gold to DR as the records are failing back and forth randomly. It is also affecting the Emerald cluster as the forward proxy is accessed via the GSLB, causing any calls to the internet to fail.
