  This incident was resolve at approximately 12:10am on February 18th by virtue of repeatedly restarting the Trident controller pod to flush out and defunct storage operation requests.

  All storage operations on SILVER are significantly slowed after a CrunchyDB opertator upgrade restarted a large number of DB pods involving storage at the same time.
